-Excellent Communication skills to work within a team environment.

-Excellent organizational skills.  Ability to create schedules for deployments, track past deployments and communicate these schedules effectively.

-Ability to use License tracking software for all admin and production licensing throughout the facility.  Track and document license purchases, install locations, asset tag and communicate these licensing additions as well as changes to our main campus software license tracking team.  Follow current methodology and look for ways to make this more precise and efficient.

-Directly support client and operator level helpdesk issues regarding network connectivity and performance on all KMP Subnets including but not limited to Production, Client and Metadata. 

-Directly support Wireless and Lan assisted setup for clients. 

-Hardware Peripheral installation and configuration including but not limited to Printers, Scanners, Switches, Routers, NAS, SAN and other drive arrays. 

-Working knowledge of VOIP and DNI phone installation and configuration specific to Mitel class 3300 switches, ASUs and associated peripherals. 

-Working knowledge of cable and connector maintenance and installation for all current and upcoming Ethernet and Phone specifications.

-Mastered knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and DHCP server interfaces to allow for addition and removal of users, computers, rules and reservations associated with those softwares and their subsystems.  Organizational Unit knowledge to create, implement and upkeep rules.

-Ability to handle the day to day security patching and deployment of all required updates for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Mac OS and Linux.

-Working knowledge of HP and Dell layer 3 managed switches with respect to hardware installation and software setup.

-Must understand SFP, SFP+, QSFP, VLANs, Link Aggregation, CLI, Redundancy, ect.

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.

-Documentation updates and creation of all internal network infrastructure including but not limited to all subnets, whitelists and blacklists.

-Working knowledge of Orion Management software to update and program alerting infrastructure for subnets, ports, switches and other snmp managed hardware.

-Working knowledge of WS_FTP Pro Server.  Manage and document user and directory creations as well as communicate these updates to In House Producing and Engineering teams.

-AntiVirus Software support, testing and implementation for both mac and pc with respect to Post centric computer environments and their needs for low overhead.  Softwares require server level virus definition downloads and push to both pc and mac environments.  Working knowledge of Vipre Antivirus for PC and Mac.

-Working understanding of Endpoint protector technologies.  Ability to deploy and setup based on defined configurations.  Knowledge of GFI Endpoint Protector and Mac Endpoint Protector a plus.

-Working knowledge of tools for network troubleshooting and testing including but not limited to CLI, RDP, ARD, SSH, Telnet, Ping, Trace Route, Arp, ect.

-MPAA Best Practices

-Familiarity with and integration of guidelines.
