Help, can't change SSA pasword

Click the password change and nothing comes in my email.  Can no longer find a admin contact for this sort of problem on the SSA site.

Nevermind,  found a defunct email  filter destination was sending to dev/null....    Still never found a SSA contact,  but solved my own issue
