activate mocha client license on centos 7

hi all,

i have installed mocha pro v4 on my centos 7.4-1708 workstation and now i need to activate it to my license server

im reading this -

https://borisfx.com/support/documentation/mocha/4.1.3/license-instructions/#_installing_floating_licenses_on_linux

linux client machine (manual install)

i know where to create the file in "/etc/opt/isl/licences" but what info am i meant to put in the file

Hi Robert
The correct entry would look like:
SERVER <FQDN server name> <MAC addresss of server>USE_SERVER
Probably best to ask the actual vendor at the end of the day.

Here's what works for me, at least for Mocha Pro 5:

- in /opt/isl/mochaproV5 create a file called isl/licenses/license.lic with:

SERVER <YOUR SERVER> <YOUR SERVER MAC>
USE_SERVER

- in the wrapper script /usr/bin/mochapro add:

export ISL_LICENSE_FILE=/opt/isl/mochaproV5/isl/licenses/license.lic

and that should do the trick.
