And to add to JF's question -- does anybody know a monitor/keyboard/trackpad 1U dealybob that doesn't have the little half-sized spacebar?  SOME left-brained people have a hard time spacing with their left thumbs...

So yeah TLDR; we spent engineering $$ and resources to make an app to deploy Adobe software cause your license scheme and deployment software that comes with it.. suckz

Got a De-commissioned, working Xratex F6412E FC-SAN;  PLUS a no-name 7U 36-drive bay server populated with Seagate 750G drives, 3com controller ( I think) up for grabs.
Both of them work but I keep tripping over them.  Pickup in Venice CA or Ill feed  them to the Dumpster-Demons.

Ive got an old 12000X cluster that I need to de-commission.  Any suggestions to securely (and quickly, if possible)  delete all the data on all the nodes without destroying the OS?

I saw a the tree-delete task,  but I really want more than that.

Apple says new Mac Pros are on sale tomorrow.  They've published base pricing for 4-core & 6-core models.
Anyone want to go on record with your guess what the pricing will be for the fully-tricked high-end version?  (12 cores, best-available gfx card, 1tb storage)  Since RAM will mercifully be the only user-upgradeable component, leave that out of the mix...
